ConvExx Expands Marketing Team

Las Vegas, NV – 10/9/2023 – ConvExx, a leading independent trade show management company, is pleased to announce the expansion of its marketing team as part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing customer experiences and driving innovation for the industries they serve.

With a continued focus on delivering exceptional event experiences and maintaining its reputation as an industry leader, ConvExx has delegated members of its outstanding team to increase the marketing strength for all of its trade shows and events.

Lindsay Schaffer will lead the team as Sponsorship & Marketing Director.  Other team members will include Chris Briare, Media Manager and Kennedy Nack, Social Media Coordinator.

The team will concentrate on ConvExx’s owned shows including the Mobile Tech Expo suite, and recently launched Food Truck Owners Expos.

The new additions to the ConvExx marketing team bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. They will play pivotal roles in developing and implementing cutting-edge marketing strategies, increasing brand visibility, and engaging with a wider audience.

In her new role as Sponsorship & Marketing Director, Schaeffer will spearhead ConvExx marketing initiatives, drawing upon her extensive background in event marketing and branding for both the events industry and professional sports.  Briare has worked at ConvExx for five years, handling graphics and website development. Nack joins ConvExx after a career as content and marketing manager for finance and retail companies.  “These three, along with the Executive Management team, will further enhance ConvExx’s efforts to capitalize on the tremendous opportunities today’s communication channels offer our industries”, Pressman remarked.

ConvExx announces Staff Promotion

Independent Trade Show and Event Company Recognizes Sales Administrator

August 5, 2022, Las Vegas, NV……….  ConvExx, an independent trade show and event management company announced the promotion of Regina Clark to Director, Exhibitor Services.   Jeff Pressman, CEM, President and CEO announced the promotion.

Ms. Clark  has been with ConvExx since 2005, beginning as Sales Department assistant.  Pressman commented “Regina’s duties and responsibilities have dramatically increased over the years, and she has become an invaluable asset to the sales cycle for ConvExx and all its clients.  Regina interacts with thousands of exhibitors from all our shows, helping them succeed and ensuring they have a positive experience.”  Ms. Clark works closely with the sales teams for the SHOT Show and Sweets & Snacks Expo, as well as the ConvExx internal teams for Mobile Tech Expo and the Professional Detailers Conference.  Her responsibilities include all manner of exhibitor services, such as sales administration, monitoring and validating booth assignments and closing of accounts receivables.

Prior to her career at  ConvExx, Ms. Clark worked in radio and advertising.

Southern Detailer’s Conference, being held June 4 and 5, at the Central Bank Center, Lexington, Kentucky has announced a partnership with ConvExx. 

Southern Detailer’s Conference began in 2019 by Daryl Lyons of Detail Lex. The vision of a grass-roots event with leading manufacturers and detailers sharing product knowledge and information was very successful. In 2021, post-pandemic, the event moved to the Lexington Convention Center to accommodate demand.

The event includes exhibits from leading detail manufacturers, hands-on training, and networking.  In announcing the ConvExx partnership, Lyons observed “Southern Detailer’s Conference was created to allow detailers more access to each other and the latest products. It is the goal to maintain the one-on-one, hands-on personality of Southern Detailer’s Conference while tapping into ConvExx expertise in managing events. This will allow growth while preserving the networking so vital to Southern Detailer’s Conference.”

ConvExx brings over 40 years of experience in automotive events, including managing SEMA, Las Vegas BikeFest, World Tire Expo, California Trucking Show, and Mobile Tech Expo. Vice President Sheldon Kaye, CEM, will lead the team. “We’re excited to bring our best-practices to Southern Detailer’s Conference. Working with Daryl Lyons, we look forward to bringing a world-class education and manufacturer event for the detailing community.”
